I'm in a new position now, coming up to my 2nd month. Things look good (I am worried about my own competency but that's a separate issue) , so I am in the opposite position of wondering.... I suppose you can almost immediately tell if things are bad and it usually is but you may not immediately notice issues... doesn't imply there won't be down the road. - Aaron Tay - -
