Ello is also so obscure, that it is not autoblocked by the free HS guest wifi. There has been essentially nothing on my ello for the last month.

A conference tweet said "Three days. Three keynotes. One stop learning." I read that as if it had said 1) Stop Learning was the first of the three keynotes. I really don't think they really intend for me to stop learning.
I do know that One stop learning =/= One, stop learning. But, that is the way that I read it with the numbers in the preceding sentences. I was expecting a list of what those three keynotes were.

I remember those days. But now the front lawn's 75% gone (and 25% nearly-dead), and the rear lawn's well on its way to dying. Goal for 2016: be able to Freecycle the (electric, corded) mower & trimmer.

About the same here. I try to make sure I go at least twice a week, so that if there's an unexpected amount, or a package, the mailbox doesn't get too full.

The free high school wifi blocks all of Wordpress.com for guests. Staff who work for jeffco schools can unblock the relevant urls. Is there much "bad" stuff on Wordpress? I have not found anything like that. There is so much academic and organizations using WP.

I have joined the 21st century. Got a smartphone to replace the flip phone. Won't get a data service, but will still use the wifi and the camera.
I had the iPod touch + dumb phone combo, but the touch didn't have a camera it is so old, 2008. I wanted to get a goodish camera as well. For the phone, I've kept the at&t gophone 10 cents a minute plan, 20 cents per text (I don't text much). I think I spend about $10-15/month with that.
