In 1998, the velocity of information was slow and the cost of publishing it was high (even on the web). Google leveraged those realities to make the best information retrieval system in the world.
Today, information is free, plentiful and fast moving; somewhat by design, Google has become a card catalog that is constantly being reordered by an angry, misinformed mob.

Images three and four are Steve Ditko art showing his frustration at being sidelined as the character’s co-creator; that third image also features the only known (well, sort of) depiction of Kirby’s concept design, as the fifth image, unfortunately, is a fake, based on image six.

Hell, everyone’s at home, so laptops and tablets are in regular use.  Phones aren’t captor devices when nobody’s commuting.  Release the laptop comics.
