In a parliamentary meeting on Jan 20th 2015 Indonesia's Minister of Transport told members of Indonesian Parliament (House of Representatives) that the aircraft was climbing at a vertical rate of up to 6000 fpm exceeding the aircraft's capabilities, its airspeed decreased and it appears the aircraft entered a stall.
