Someone (in my org) who I've helped a bunch recently just completed a survey complaining about us, how slow we are, saying he doesn't know why we asked him to do the survey because he hasn't asked us for anything in a long time and then complaining that we don't have access to Science before 1996... (um JSTOR! which I've told him several times)
