laughing as s.h. takes on Wojick for his self-published, single-authored, anti-OA newsletter for which he wants to charge $500/year. W still acts like he has inside information on DOE's OA plans and that he is trading on his consultant relationship with them... just nasty imo. and unethical. i wish they would tell him to knock it off.
