Clark Kent to Clark Kent, SICP, Scheme, Clojure, Lisp

Doing logic programming in the SICP course. The MIT-scheme has no "rule" defined. So I can't type in rules from the book. Also I can't type in all the database "fatcs" stated on the book. How do I deal with this ?
