Imagine a food court. Even better, a food court that is somewhat similar to Midtown Global Market in Minneapolis, or the Lancaster Central Market. (I have visited both in the past, so they came to mind.) Perhaps something a bit smaller. Now, take out the various vendors, and put in... bars. A decent variety of different bars from which to choose, at which to enjoy a nice libation. Several in the same place.
