My car is in the shop AGAIN. The back window keeps getting stuck down and it's been pouring rain for two weeks. They only charged me labor last time because they couldn't find anything wrong except that it slipped off the track. They still can't find anything wrong, but they want to replace the part anyway and charge me the same labor again.
